TRANSPOSITION

Aiming to explore the imagery of being in a transitional state is displayed through wrapping and bounding the body, reflecting the preservation of a growing creature. Influences from 'Tetsuo: The Iron Man' are paramount in this project, with the experimentation of materials, textiles and video media.

'Transposition' Short Film:

Developed from film photography/material trials by experimenting with video media, editing and audio to explore discomforting imagery of being in a transitional process- inspiration from Mark Leckey's use of video collage (as seen at Tate Britain in 2019) and David Lynch's 'Eraserhead'.
